George C. Scott and Joanne Woodward star in the touching comedy They Might Be Giants about a retired judge who believes he is Sherlock Holmes. Set in modern-day New York City, Justin Playfair (Scott) is committed by his brother and sister-in-law who believe him to be delusional. He is put under the care of Dr. Mildred Watson (Woodward) who, to her own amazement, finds there is something very real in Justin's beliefs. The unlikely pair take to the streets of Manhattan on an adventure of a lifetime seeking out the "detective's" arch-enemy. Featuring remarkable performances, this unconventional story offers a humorous lesson about life and humanity.
