A couple of burglars (one old, one young) crack the safe in a jewelry shop, but just as they're making their getaway they're attacked by rival gangsters. The young one manages to escape. However, after arriving back at his flat he finds his girlfriend has deserted him. He eventually falls in with a beautiful blonde and they end up with both police and gangsters cornering them on a lonely farmhouse.
