Ramar of The Jungle - Volume 1 (MOD) (DVD MOVIE)
Dr. Tom Reynolds and his associate Professor Howard Ogden travel the dark and dangerous jungles of Africa and India. Accompanied by a succession of local guides, Dr. Reynolds, respectfully known as Ramar (Great White Doctor) to the native tribesmen, becomes involved in a series of adventures which set him against an assortment of villains. Witch Doctors, smugglers, mad scientists and exotic wildlife, keep Ramar and company on their toes in every thrilling episode. "Ramar Of The Jungle" was created by and starred Jon Hall. The show was wildly successful during its short run of only 2 years, offering an exciting and sometimes violent picture of distant lands.
Dark Venture: A beautiful but ruthless scientist plans on testing her latest weapon, atomic gas, on the local natives. It's up to Ramar to stop this hideous experiment.
Voice Of The Past: Ramar administers medical aid to a man who's wife has had a fatal accident. When ghosts appear and voices come from the darkness, the natives believe the woman has come from beyond the grave to exact her revenge.
King Of The Watus: Ramar, Howard and Willy accompany a woman into the land of the savage Watu tribe as she searches for her lost husband.
Lady Of The Leopards: Ramar discovers a woman, clad only in a leopard skin, held captive by her own husband. Upon being told that the beautiful prisoner turns into a man-eating leopard under a full moon, Ramar sets out to find the truth.
