Two proud families find themselves on a collision course in this action-packed drama starring Eli Wallach, Kenneth McMillan and Michael Madsen. Although they grew up as friends, NYPD police chief Patrick McKay and mob boss Vincent Danzig are now the deadliest of enemies. So when it's announced that Patrick is a candidate for police commissioner, Danzig orders his brutal son Augie to make trouble for the hated McKay. Deciding to frame the partner of Patrick's detective son Frank, Augie sets him up and then has the "dirty cop" killed. But when young McKay gets too close to the truth, Augie's attempt to embarrass the chief puts the Danzigs at risk, so he orders Frank's murder as well. The pilot for a critically acclaimed but short-lived TV series (1985-86), Our Family Honor also stars Ray Liotta and Ron Perlman in a riveting saga about two warring dynasties locked in a power struggle.
