The elegant Anita Louise began her acting career at the age of six on Broadway. By twelve she'd appeared in several feature films, including The Sixth Commandment (1924) and A Woman of Affairs (1928). Among Louise's best-known roles are Titania in A Midsummer Night's Dream (1935) and Nell McLaughlin in the 1950s TV series My Friend Flicka. Roy William Neill is often credited with originating the shadowy, ominous mise-en-scene that became film noir. After turning out dozens of obscure films during the 1920s and 1930s, he moved to Universal where he directed eleven entries in the Basil Rathbone / Nigel Bruce Sherlock Holmes series.
BONUS: Includes Snug in the Jug (1933) with Clark and McCullough.
