In a dystopian future, citizens of Earth's cities escape from harsh reality by plugging directly into virtual fantasy worlds. Police officer Carver (Michael Pare) is tasked with investigating the mysterious death of a virtual reality user. He soon discovers that this dark digital realm of imagination is crossing over into reality.
