Facing physical and mental challenges combined with the pressure of fierce competition, the teams find themselves skydiving in Argentina, training with Maasai warriors in Tanzania, racing through Africa's "Garden of Eden" and searching through King Ludwig ll's quarters in the German castle that was the inspiration for "Sleeping Beauty." The teams experienced some tasty tests as they played Sushi Bingo i n Japan, and Name that Salami in Italy. At the end of the worldwide trek, which included first-time visits to Paraguay and Azerbaijan, the winning team tied the record for winning the most legs in a season single.
