Lily Durrell has risen from her roots in an orphanage to establish herself as a major singing star on the radio. Mary Beth Hughes is best remembered for her roles in The Ox-Bow Incident (1943), The Great Flamarion (1945) and most especially the camp classic I Accuse My Parents (1944). Supporting actress Kay Linaker is best remembered for appearing in a series of Charlie Chan films. Switching gears Linaker turned to script writing, and is best remembered for The Blob (1958), for which she was paid $125.
