A college student in Los Angeles, heartbroken and seeking solace, discovers that smoking a mysterious strain of cannabis grants him unique superpowers. Each joint he smokes bestows a different ability, leading him to team up with his friends Faith and Chopper to combat crime and injustice in the city. As they navigate their newfound roles as unconventional superheroes, they face challenges that test their limits and redefine their understanding of power and responsibility.
