How do I return an item? 1. E-mail us for a RMA Number. 2. Carefully pack your return items in a box large enough to accommodate all the items. We will NOT accept return shipments in an envelope. 3. Include your original Invoice in the box and seal it tightly. Return Invoice and attach it to your package or mail your package to:

4. Please allow 2 – 4 business days for processing after we have received your return. ATTN: Returns Dept. P.O. Box 19453 Houston, TX 77224-9453 United States 5. After processing, you will receive an email detailing your Return Information. Return Policy:
• Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 14 days of the day your order shipped (the "Ship Date" on your invoice)
• Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund. • Opened items cannot be returned unless DEFECTIVE. • Defective Items will be replaced with the same Item only. NO Refunds. • ALL of the Original Packaging; Case, Booklets, Liner Notes, Bonus Discs, etc. MUST be included. • We do NOT pay for postage on returns. • Shipping Charges are not Refundable. • International Customers are responsible for Duty Taxes and Shipping Charges if order is refused. • Promotional Items (DVDs, CDS, etc.) cannot be Returned for any reason, unless Defective. • If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we may contact you via the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion. |
